  On my way to work, I was pretty hungry. I went on drive thru to get l a BigMac meal. I drove off with my meal but the person who handed me my food had a little attitude. I ignored it because fast food is not the best job, figured he must of had a bad day. I took a handful of fries and ate some... couldn't wait I was pretty hungry. I had an iced sweet tea with the meal and when I took a big gulp I felt nothing but grains in my mouth. I thought it was sugar, but it didn't dissolve. I had to pull over and had black speckles coming out of my mouth. This highly upset me. I was grossed out. I couldn't figure out what it was.. it was iced tea grains. My cup was full of it. I was no longer able to eat my food in peace. I went back to McDonald's and asked for a manager. It was the same person who had attitude at the drive thru. Chris is his name. I asked him for my money back he said "no, there's nothing wrong with the food and I don't have access to do that". I told him I hadn't touched the burger and I'm disgusted. I'm not comfortable eating this food. He said " I will give you money for the drink but everything else if fine". I told him just a minute ago you said you had no access to do that and now you can??? He said "give me your info and I will give it to my manager they will see what they can do about it." I insisted I wanted a full refund for my money I was no longer confident in what I was eating. He took the fries, the bigmac, the drink and my receipt. I went to work with an empty stomach. So basically I went to McDonald's and paid $7.41 to have an empty stomach and a horrible customer service experience. He said he couldn't give me the store managers business card or their name. Hmmm... this was strange to me. Needles to say I will no longer make my routine stop. I still haven't heard from management. I had to dispute the charges thru my bank. So sad that I had to go through this extreme measures.

  We all know McDonald's is not the best food in it's genre. I do truly love their fries.
  
  The location is excellent as it is right before you get on to the freeway ((or depending on your perspective) exiting the freeway).
  
  However, the flavor and food are not always the reason we return to the same restaurant or local. Great customer service is more than often the reason. When someone can lift you up by smiling at you or give you a compliment and make your day better, that is when we tend to go back to the same establishment time after time.
  
  This was not my first visit to this McDonald's and it won't be the last. Why? You ask why? I'll tell you. Because the employees at this location treat you with kindness, respect, and they do it in a jovial manner. A manner in which will make your day a better day.
  
  I was running late for an appointment and stopped in here to get a late lunch for my son. He got two sausage egg McMuffin's with no cheese. The young man who took our order in the drive through had such joy you could actually hear his smile. Yes I could hear his smile in his voice. His name I believe was Jacob. As we pulled through he opened the window with a wonderful sunny disposition and huge smile. His joy was contagious and we all found our selves laughing and being blissful. I thanked him and told him that he had made my day more joyous.
  
  I then drove to the next window to collect my food. And another very sparkling happy person named Kat gave me my food. I thanked her for being such an uplifting personality and for making my day brighter. I asked to speak with the manager so that the employees could get KUDOS. I spoke to the manager about his employee's. I wish I could remember his name but I don't. He too was an effervescent personality. He encouraged me to take the survey online. I had to just to let corporate know how wonderful these individuals all are.
  
  Thank you all for being such an uplifting and positive delight to my day!!!

  This has got to be the worst McDonald's in town! Every time I come here no matter what time I'm always waiting over 25-30 minutes! Not to mention when I finally get my food, it's not fresh! If I could just write a review and give no stars!

  The girls in the drive through were lovely and very pleasant! Really made me appreciate this McDonald's.
